These terms govern your use of the website at aiconsultantmanchester.co.uk (the Site). The Site is operated by AI Consultant Manchester, the trading name of the North West branch of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd, registered at 70 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 2AY. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Definitions
In these terms: "the Site" means aiconsultantmanchester.co.uk and all pages and content published on it; "We", "Our" and "Us" mean AI Consultant Manchester, a branch of The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd; "You" and "Your" mean the person accessing or using the Site; and "Services" means the AI training, consulting, automation, and related services we describe on the Site. Describing a service on the Site is not an offer to contract; the terms of any engagement are set out in a separate Letter of Engagement as explained below.
Acceptable use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, and in particular you agree not to: misuse the Site by knowingly introducing malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system; scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site at an unreasonable rate or by automated means that place an undue load on the Site; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site or its underlying systems except to the extent permitted by law; submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent enquiries through any form on the Site; or copy, republish, or redistribute Site content other than as permitted under the intellectual property section below. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for any user who breaches these conditions.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, page structure, graphics, logos, and the compilation of that content, is owned by The AI Consultancy (London) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print individual pages for your own internal reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
Any intellectual property created during a client engagement is governed by the individual Letter of Engagement for that engagement, not by these Site terms. Ownership of deliverables, code, and documents produced for a client is set out in that Letter of Engagement.
Disclaimers
The information on the Site is provided as general guidance about AI adoption, services, and pricing. It is not advice and should not be relied on as advice for any specific decision. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and subject to confirmation in a written quotation. Engagement-specific advice, scope, and commitments are provided only under a signed Letter of Engagement.
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times, and we may change the content without notice. The Site may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any content on the Site, where that loss is indirect or consequential, or consists of loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity. The Site is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. This limitation applies to use of the Site only. Our liability in respect of any client engagement is governed by the relevant Letter of Engagement.
Engagement terms
The Site is an information resource. Actual client work is carried out under a separate Letter of Engagement issued at the start of each engagement, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual property, data handling, and liability for that work. Where there is any conflict between these Site terms and a signed Letter of Engagement, the Letter of Engagement takes precedence for that engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our services, or applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last reviewed. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
